🎥 Polk County Royals Media Guidelines

Welcome to the Royals family! We appreciate your role in capturing and sharing the moments that make our team unforgettable. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth experience.

🎟 Game Day Access

• Media Entry: All credentialed photographers and videographers are granted free entry to Royals home games.
• Check-In Required: Upon arrival, please check in with Tiffany, our Head of Media & Press. She will issue your credentials and assist with any needs throughout the game.

📸 Content Sharing & Branding

• Social Media Tagging: When posting content, tag us at @PolkCountyRoyals so we can support and share your work.
• Logo Use: All visual content must include the official Royals logo (provided to you prior to the event). This helps keep our brand consistent and strong.
• Collaboration Opportunities: Have an epic shot or highlight reel? Submit a collab request! We’re always looking to feature high-quality, creative content that captures the spirit of the Royals.
